Position Overview:
Jaipur Rugs is looking for a dynamic Paid Marketing Specialist with substantial experience in
SEM on Google and Facebook platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 4
years of direct experience in the eCommerce industry or 5-6 years of performance marketing
experience within an advertising agency. The candidate should demonstrate a strong track
record in executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive sales and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, aiming to meet and exceed eCommerce sales targets.
• Conduct advanced research on keywords, audience targeting, and competitive landscape optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign results, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless integration of SEM strategies with broader marketing objectives and eCommerce goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, performance marketing, and the eCommerce industry to continually refine and improve campaign strategies.
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SEM specifically within the eCommerce sector, or 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing within an ad agency, with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve strong ROI.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, along with proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing marketing spends.
