Performance Marketing Manager (India)

This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA and India.
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels. You'll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing conversions, and scaling ROI-positive campaigns to support our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
Optimize paid campaigns to improve cost-efficiency (CPM, CPC), engagement (CTR), and lead quality (CPL)
Develop and test new acquisition strategies, ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
Manage monthly and quarterly budgets, track performance metrics, and report on channel effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
Identify new channels and opportunities for growth
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B or high-growth SaaS environment. Fintech or Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
Fluent in English with a proven ability to create high-converting ad copy for US audiences
Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Tag Manager
Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), retargeting strategies, or account-based marketing (ABM)
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4 and Excel for reporting
Ability to write ad copy, manage creative production, and interpret performance data into action
Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel metrics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
