About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands real-estate lead generation and can scale campaigns while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads Drive high-intent real estate leads and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI Create, manage & optimize landing pages, ad creatives & audience targeting Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, and funnels Monitor daily campaign performance & make data-driven decisions Coordinate with creative & sales teams for campaign alignment Build weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards Track lead quality and coordinate with CRM/tele-sales team Stay updated with latest digital marketing & real-estate marketing trends Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing Proven success in real-estate lead generation campaigns (preferred) Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads Strong knowledge of Conversion Tracking, Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager Hands-on experience with landing pages, funnels & CRM systems Excellent analytical skills & understanding of marketing metrics Ability to optimize campaigns for volume, quality & cost efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
