Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
End-to-end management of paid campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Strategy & Planning:
Develop performance strategies to meet CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
Budgeting:
Manage monthly ad spend, allocating budget to the highest-performing channels.
Testing & Optimisation:
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs daily and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration:
Work with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
Requirements
Experience:
3-5+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Analytical Mindset:
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to interpret data to make decisions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
Experience with SEO or Email Marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau).
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
