Build and manage performance funnels for key segments: homeowners, contractors, interior designers, builders.
Implement A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, CTAs, offers, and bidding strategies.
Own weekly performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, cost-per-lead (CPL), and LTV.
2. Analytics & Reporting
Evaluate channel performance and identify opportunities to scale spend efficiently.
Develop dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.
3. Creative & Content Collaboration
Work with design/content teams to create
ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and product storytelling
tailored for flooring audiences.
Use insights from campaigns to refine messaging and value propositions.
4. Growth Strategy & Experimentation
Identify new growth channels:
Manage experimentation roadmap (test new audiences, funnels, and offers).
Lead retargeting and remarketing strategies to reduce drop-offs.
5. E-commerce & Lead Conversion
Optimize landing pages for conversions (speed, UX, product education, quote forms).
Work with sales/ops to ensure high-quality lead flow and monitor post-click performance.
