Job Overview
Prohed is seeking a Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our clients' visibility.
This mid-level role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience is also required. The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with team members to increase our clients' brand authority and drive key business metrics.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for enhanced ROI and conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, utilizing analytics to tweak campaigns for better performance and user engagement.
  • Experience in campaign management, with an ability to plan, execute, and monitor advertising initiatives effectively.
  • Strong skills in conversion rate optimization, employing A/B testing and other methodologies to improve lead conversion.
  • Proficiency in media planning to allocate budget in a way that optimizes exposure and captures target audiences efficiently.
  • Advanced performance analysis skills, using statistical tools to understand campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate marketing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide insights for continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
