Lands & Homes is building India's most trusted, AI-powered real estate ecosystem -- and we are seeking a

Performance Marketing Manager

who can architect, execute, and scale a high-velocity acquisition engine across multiple channels.

This is a

senior individual contributor role

for someone who knows how to drive growth with precision, operate complex funnels, and turn analytics into revenue impact. The role demands

ownership, intelligence, and sophistication

-- and a highly polished professional presence.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES1. User Acquisition & Campaign Management



Own end-to-end performance campaigns on

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms

. Maintain

channel pacing, bid strategies, budgets, and daily delivery hygiene

. Drive high-intent users, not vanity traffic -- optimize for

quality, not just volume

. Build and run a

creative experimentation engine

(angles, hooks, messaging, formats). Conduct continuous

A/B testing

, audience refinement, and CPC/CPL optimizations.

2. Funnel Building & Optimization



Architect

multi-segment funnels

for Buyers, Owners, Agents, and Builders. Build deep funnel visibility:

Lead ? Unlock ? Call ? Visit ? Booking

. Move the system away from

cheap leads

to

qualified leads (CPQL focus)

. Implement

event-based optimization

to tie ad delivery to business results. Reduce drop-offs with landing page experimentation, UX fixes, and CRO frameworks.

3. Tracking, Measurement & Analytics



Deploy and maintain

pixel infrastructure, GTM, GA4, offline conversions, UTMs, and event tracking

. Ensure every funnel step is measurable with

full attribution clarity

. Build

dashboards (Looker/Sheets)

for: CPL CPQL CAC ROI Revenue Influence Deliver weekly & monthly business reports with

diagnostic insights

, not just numbers.

4. Data-Driven Optimization



Analyze performance daily to identify

waste, anomalies, opportunities, and growth pockets

. Use data to guide

audience strategy, creatives, keywords, bidding, and budgets

. Conduct

keyword research, audience persona refinement

, and structured testing frameworks. Implement

creative ? funnel ? feedback ? retargeting loops

to maximize ROAS.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work with Creative Team to align

ad messaging, landing pages, funnels, and brand voice

. Partner with Sales to understand

lead feedback, quality drops, and performance gaps

. Collaborate with Product to define

events, backend tracking, UX fixes, and insights

. Maintain a tight loop between

Marketing ? Sales ? Product

to tighten funnel efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE



3-7 years experience in

performance marketing / paid acquisition

A/B testing expert Fluent with

GTM, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads

Comfortable managing ?3-10L monthly budgets Obsessed with analytics & funnel math Polished, structured, articulate, and professionally groomed Able to present insights to founders & CXOs with clarity A strong executor, not just a planner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
