As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for D2C brands, with a strong emphasis on
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
. Your primary goal will be to implement and scale
ROAS-based strategies
, ensuring that campaigns drive measurable results. You will also be involved in managing Shopify-based eCommerce stores, working closely with clients to maximize conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for D2C brands.
Implement targeted campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS improvements for clients.
Monitor and manage ad budgets, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives for maximum performance.
ROAS-Based Strategies:
Create and execute performance-driven strategies with a focus on achieving a positive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Analyze ad performance data and pivot strategies quickly to meet and exceed client goals.
Shopify Store Management:
Collaborate with clients to optimize their Shopify stores for better customer experience and conversion rates.
Implement tracking and conversion pixels, ensuring accurate data flow between Shopify and ad platforms.
Ad Creative and Copy Development:
Work closely with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to the target audience.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to track campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, etc.).
Provide clients with weekly performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve campaigns.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify new opportunities for campaign growth and audience targeting.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide campaign updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
Support clients with campaign optimizations and strategy adjustments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
