Performance Marketing Manager
to take complete ownership of our
paid campaigns
across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube
. Your mission will be to
generate high-quality student leads at the lowest cost per admission

strategic planning

hands-on execution
, ensuring that every campaign is tracked, optimised, and delivers measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
? Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
? Implement & manage GA4 + Tag Manager to track form submissions, downloads, WhatsApp clicks, and phone calls.
Lead-to-Admission Funnel
? Ensure ExtraaEdge CRM integration so every lead is tracked till final admission.
Retargeting
? Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converted visitors.
Behavioural Insights
? Use Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity to analyse landing pages, find drop-off points, and improve conversions.
