Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
Drive
lead generation through performance funnels
with focus on ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversions
Develop landing page strategies and collaborate with designers/content teams for conversion optimization
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency
Manage monthly and quarterly performance marketing budgets
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with content, creative, sales, and leadership teams
Align campaigns with business goals, sales targets, and revenue outcomes
Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Market & Trend Analysis
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies
Identify new channels and growth opportunities for scalable lead generation

Strong expertise in

Hands-on experience with
lead generation and conversion funnels
Proficiency in
Performance marketing latest tools and techniques

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-6 years
of experience in performance marketing (preferably B2B / advisory / real estate / consulting)
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads at optimized costs
Experience working with high-ticket services is a plus
