The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing digital marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable business outcomes
such as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have deep
knowledge of paid advertising platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze
campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
oPlan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
oMonitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA,
conversion rates, and ROAS.
oConduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform
targeting strategies.
oCollaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives
and landing pages.
oTrack, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google
Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
oManage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
oStay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and
performance marketing.
oIdentify new growth opportunities through testing and scaling of new campaigns.
oSupport SEO and organic marketing teams with data and insights.
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
o2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing or paid
media.
oProficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
oStrong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data
Studio, etc.).
oKnowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
oExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
oResults-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding campaign targets.
oAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
