Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our social media advertising campaigns. The role involves planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social channels to drive measurable business results such as leads, sales, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.). Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trends to design high-performing ad strategies. Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions. Develop and test different ad creatives, copies, and formats (A/B testing). Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated spend. Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm changes. Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies to maximize lead nurturing and customer retention. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and scaling opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
