Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other platforms
Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels including
lead generation, conversions, and retargeting
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for
CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct
A/B testing
on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Track, analyze, and report performance using
Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboard tools
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Expertise in
conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4
Good understanding of
SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like
