Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics.
Build a multi-channel attribution framework to measure impact accurately.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:
Partner with CRM and product teams to drive engagement and repeat
purchases via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Implement segmentation and personalization to improve retention and
order frequency.
Analytics & Insights:
Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor growth performance.
Conduct cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
1 to 2years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, preferablyin eCommerce, food/grocery delivery, or consumer tech.
