Set and own monthly and quarterly performance KPIs --
CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention goals.
Work closely with the CGO to align paid strategy with brand, content, and CRM plans.
Execution & Optimization
Lead day-to-day campaign management and optimization across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
Implement rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bids.
Optimize for
scalability and profitability
-- balancing acquisition cost with lifetime value.
Manage ad budgets, pacing, and efficiency across channels.
Creative Strategy & Coordination
Partner with the design and content teams to build thumb-stopping ad creatives.
Brief creative teams using data-backed insights on what's working (and what's not).
Test new hooks, messaging, and formats regularly (UGCs, reels, testimonials, etc.).
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
Own marketing dashboards and attribution -- use
GA4, Meta, Google Data Studio, Shopify Analytics
, etc.
Set up event tracking, pixels, and funnel analytics with precision.
Present weekly and monthly reports with insights and action plans for performance improvement.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage internal executives and/or external agencies for campaign execution.
Evaluate and onboard new growth tools, affiliate networks, and ad-tech partners.
Train junior marketers in campaign hygiene, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
