Role Summary



We are seeking a data-driven and creative

Performance Marketing Manager

to lead AIM's digital campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will manage paid performance channels--Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads--while optimizing ROI, CPL, and lead conversion rates. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, strategic planning, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid digital campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn). Develop and manage end-to-end

lead generation funnels

for admissions. Track campaign performance using

Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM systems (LeadSquared)

. Implement tracking via

Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters

. Collaborate with content, design, and admissions teams to ensure brand consistency. Conduct A/B testing, monitor CPLs, and deliver weekly performance reports. Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging tools.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4-7 years of experience

in digital or performance marketing (education sector preferred). Expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, GA4, and CRM integration.

Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with marketing automation tools (email/WhatsApp workflows) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
