Bloom Hotels is Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Delhi)

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for driving results?

? Bloom Hotels is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital campaigns, boost brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.

2. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

3. Manage paid campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and lead generation initiatives.

4. Collaborate with sales, business development, and creative teams to align marketing goals.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow the brand.

What We're Looking For

1. 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / paid media.

2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and campaign optimization.

3. Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into ROI-driven strategies.

4. Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

5. Passion for hospitality marketing is a plus
