Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Optimize ad spend and ensure campaigns meet performance targets such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and goals
Manage budgets, forecast performance, and track key metrics to ensure accountability
Test new strategies, creatives, and targeting methods to scale performance and improve ROI
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media marketing
Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
? Proven experience managing campaigns for international clients and projects
? Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
? Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
? Expertise in lead generation, ecommerce campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
? Understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
? Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment is a plus
