Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat
Own end-to-end campaign management: strategy, setup, A/B testing, daily optimization, and reporting
Monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and take real-time decisions to improve performance
Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-converting ad creatives and copies
Develop audience strategies using first-party data, lookalikes, retargeting, and intent signals
Analyze performance data to generate insights and growth recommendations
Stay updated on latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid media
Requirements:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with high ROAS
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Snapchat Business Manager
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
Experience with attribution tools and pixel/event tracking setups
Ability to manage budgets effectively and report on performance with clarity
Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and results
