The Role
As our
Performance Marketing Manager
, you'll lead the charge in driving high-quality customer acquisition across digital platforms. You'll blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to deliver campaigns that don't just drive clicks--but drive healthier lives.
You'll work closely with our brand, product, and science teams to translate complex wellness ideas into compelling, high-converting marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), and emerging health-focused platforms
Own full-funnel campaign strategy -- from ad creatives and landing pages to post-click conversion
Partner with science and product teams to craft educational and compliant ad narratives
Optimize performance through constant A/B testing, data analysis, and creative iteration
Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV through smart segmentation, retargeting, and cohort analysis
Ensure accurate tracking across all campaigns (GTM, GA4, pixels, server-side tagging)
Experiment with new channels (health-focused communities, influencers, native ads)
Stay ahead of digital trends and policy changes in the health/wellness ad space
Create reporting dashboards to monitor, analyze, and present campaign performance
You Should Have
3-6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in wellness, D2C, or science-led brands
Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing
An intuitive grasp of the customer health journey and how to market ethically in this space
Strong analytical skills and experience working with GA4, Sheets, and dashboard tools
Creative thinking with a keen sense of visual and message testing
Familiarity with marketing regulations and compliance in health-related advertising (bonus)
Bonus: Experience in content-led funnels, lead generation, or supplement/diagnostic brands
