We're building a fast-growing menswear D2C brand and are looking for a
results-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager
to drive profitable growth. This is a fully remote role with complete ownership of the digital growth engine -- paid acquisition, conversion, retention, and analytics.
You will be responsible for turning ad spend into revenue, optimizing the full customer journey, and building scalable systems across
Meta, Google, Shopify, and CRM channels
. The focus is on
ROAS, contribution margin, and long-term LTV
, not vanity metrics.
What You Will Do
1. Paid Growth (Meta & Google)
Independently plan, execute, and scale campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
Own media budgets, audience strategy, creative testing, and bidding
Continuously optimize for
ROAS, CAC, CVR, and LTV
Build and refine
retargeting and full-funnel remarketing structures
Identify winning creatives and scale them; cut inefficient spends fast
2. Website Funnel & CRO (Shopify)
Optimize:
Homepage and landing pages
Product listing & product detail pages
Offer structures and banners
Checkout experience
Run structured
A/B experiments
on creatives, pages, and offers
Improve
conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue per visitor
3. CRM & Retention (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
Design and manage lifecycle automation:
welcome series
abandoned cart & browse flows
post-purchase journeys
reactivation and win-back
Segment users based on behavior and value
Drive repeat rate, purchase frequency, and
customer lifetime value
4. Business Analytics & ROI Ownership
Build and maintain
performance dashboards
covering:
channel-wise revenue
ad spend & ROAS
contribution margin
cohort retention & LTV
Own marketing P&L and campaign-level ROI
Deliver weekly and monthly growth reviews with clear action plans
5. Growth Strategy
Plan monthly and quarterly scale targets
Work closely with content, creative, and product teams on:
ad concepts
launch campaigns
messaging and positioning
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and new growth opportunities
Who You Are
2+ years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing for D2C / fashion / lifestyle brands
Proven ability to
run and scale profitable Meta and Google campaigns
Strong understanding of:
full-funnel performance marketing
retargeting and attribution
CRO and experimentation
unit economics and LTV
Comfortable working directly with:
Shopify
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads & Analytics
CRM tools for WhatsApp, Email, and SMS
Highly analytical, structured, and business-oriented
Experience in
menswear or fashion
is a strong advantage
