Role Overview

We are looking for a

performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager

to drive profitable growth for our

menswear D2C brand

. This role will be based in our

Bangalore office

and will own the complete growth funnel -- from paid acquisition to conversion to retention -- across

Meta, Google, Shopify, and CRM channels

. The focus is on

ROAS, contribution margin, and sustainable scale

, not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition (Meta & Google)

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)

Manage budgets, bidding, audiences, and creative testing Optimize for

ROAS, CAC, CVR, and LTV

Build and manage

full-funnel and retargeting structures

Identify winning creatives and scale; pause low-performing campaigns
Funnel & Conversion Optimization (Shopify)

Own the end-to-end funnel:

Ad ? Landing Page ? Product Page ? Cart ? Checkout ? Repeat Purchase

Optimize: Homepage and landing pages PLP & PDP Offers, banners, and content Checkout experience Run

A/B tests

to improve

conversion rate (CRO) and AOV


CRM & Retention

Manage

WhatsApp, Email, and SMS

marketing Build automation flows: welcome abandoned cart & browse post-purchase win-back Segment customers and personalize communication to improve

repeat rate and LTV


Analytics, P&L & ROI

Track and analyze: channel-wise revenue ad spends ROAS contribution margin campaign-level ROI Own marketing dashboards and reporting Present weekly and monthly performance reviews with action plans
Growth Strategy

Plan monthly and quarterly growth targets Work closely with content, creative, and product teams on: ad creatives campaign messaging new launch strategies Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Skills & Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing for D2C / fashion / lifestyle brands

Proven track record of

scaling Meta & Google campaigns with strong ROAS

Strong understanding of: funnels and attribution retargeting and lookalike audiences CRO and experimentation unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin) Hands-on with: Shopify Meta Ads Manager Google Ads & Google Analytics CRM tools (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) Highly analytical and comfortable with numbers and P&L Experience in

menswear or fashion

is a strong plus
