Plan monthly and quarterly growth targets
Work closely with content, creative, and product teams on:
ad creatives
campaign messaging
new launch strategies
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Skills & Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing for D2C / fashion / lifestyle brands
Proven track record of
scaling Meta & Google campaigns with strong ROAS
Strong understanding of:
funnels and attribution
retargeting and lookalike audiences
CRO and experimentation
unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
Hands-on with:
Shopify
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads & Google Analytics
CRM tools (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
Highly analytical and comfortable with numbers and P&L
Experience in
menswear or fashion
is a strong plus
