Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns on
Meta & Google Ads

Own
tracking accuracy
(GA4, GTM, UTMs, Looker Studio Sheets Slack/Notion (or MCC stack) Behavior analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity) and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Translate business objectives into
budget splits, funnel plans, and testing roadmaps

Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and scale ad creatives.
Conduct
regular performance reviews

Coordinate with clients through
weekly/monthly review meetings

Maintain structured campaign setups, disciplined naming conventions, and clean dashboards.
