We're looking for a high-ownership Partnerships & Performance Manager to join our Acquisition Team, focused on driving traffic and installs on our website and app via strategic partnerships (banks, brands, affiliates) and performance marketing (especially via affiliates and partnership-led paid channels).You will lead the charge on identifying, closing, and managing growth partnerships while also owning performance outcomes from partner-led acquisition. This is a hands-on, data-driven role ideal for someone who can straddle the worlds of business development and performance marketing.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Partnershipsa) Identify and close acquisition-focused partnerships with banks, fintech platforms, affiliate networks, and third-party brands.b) Own end-to-end partner management - from pitching, negotiation, and onboarding to campaign execution and performance tracking.c) Design and execute co-branded campaigns, bank offers, and partner rewards to acquire new app users.2. Affiliate & Performance Marketinga) Manage and grow partner-led paid acquisition channels - including affiliate marketing, coupon/cashback platforms, and referral programs.b) Build and scale CPA, CPL, or RevShare-based deals with a focus on efficient CAC and high retention cohorts.c) Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to A/B test campaigns and optimize conversion across the funnel.3. Reporting & Optimizationa) Track performance KPIs across partnerships and paid channels - including traffic, installs, CAC, ROAS, and retention.b) Regularly report on campaign outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and iterate for scale.4. Cross-functional ExecutionWork closely with product, performance marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to integrate partner campaigns into broader acquisition flows.Requirements:1) 3 - 6 years of experience in growth partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance-led acquisition roles.2) Proven success in delivering installs or transactions through external partnerships or CPA-based channels.3) Strong analytical skills - fluent in funnel metrics, CAC math, attribution, and app marketing KPIs.4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills - with a track record of managing high-impact partnerships.5) Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Nice to Have:1) Experience with app analytics tools like Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust.2) Prior experience with affiliate networks.3) Exposure to banking partnerships or fintech co-marketing campaigns.
