About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead with hands-on experience in customer acquisition for B2C FinTech lending or personal loan products. The ideal candidate has strong control over digital performance channels and mobile attribution platforms, with the ability to scale paid acquisition across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, WhatsApp
Drive customer acquisition for digital lending or personal loan products
Build, manage, and track mobile acquisition funnels to drive installs and conversions
Run attribution and cohort analysis using tools such as Appsflyer, Branch, or Mixpanel
Conduct continuous A/B testing across ads, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
Work with internal teams to optimize user funnel from acquisition to repayment
Analyze campaign ROI, CAC, funnel metrics, and borrower quality indicators
Explore new channels for acquisition including influencers, partnerships, and offline integrations
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2.5 years of performance marketing experience in B2C FinTech product companies
Strong experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, WhatsApp campaigns
Experience with Appsflyer, Branch, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics tools
Proven experience in customer acquisition for lending or personal loan products
Ability to work onsite in Mumbai, 5 days a week
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)
Experience with automation and AI-based marketing platforms
Experience with creative automation tools
Exposure to offline acquisition channels
