We are looking for an expert Media Buyer to spearhead the paid traffic strategy for a rapidly growing education brand in the
AI & Digital Skills
sector.
Our mission is to help creative professionals and freelancers future-proof their careers by mastering the latest AI tools and automation workflows. We have a validated offer and a high-converting funnel; we need a partner to manage the ad spend and drive qualified cold traffic to scale our user base.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our ad accounts on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google (YouTube Video).
We are looking for a rigorous tester who focuses on profitability (ROAS) and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition Strategy:
Execute a cohesive plan to acquire customers at a sustainable CPA, balancing volume with lead quality.
Meta Ads Management:
Manage all aspects of FB/IG campaigns. You must be adept at combating creative fatigue and finding new pockets of tech-savvy audiences.
YouTube Ads Management:
Manage In-Stream video campaigns. You must understand how to target user intent (what they are searching for) rather than just demographics.
Creative Direction:
You will lead the creative strategy. We need you to write the scripts and hooks that explain complex AI concepts in a simple, desirable way.
Data & Tracking:
Ensure pixel setups (CAPI, GTM) are robust so we can trust the data in the ad managers.
Reporting:
Weekly updates on key funnel metrics (Click-to-Lead, Lead-to-Sale, ROAS) with clear insights on what to do next.
Requirements:
3+ Years Experience:
Proven experience managing paid media budgets on Meta and Google.
Info-Product Specialist:
You MUST have a portfolio demonstrating success with
Online Courses, Coaching, or Education.
We need someone who understands how to sell knowledge, not just physical goods.
YouTube Proficiency:
You have significant experience with YouTube Video campaigns (skippable ads) and understand the platform's specific creative requirements.
AI/Tech Knowledge:
You are familiar with the modern AI landscape (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Automation) and understand the "productivity" angle for freelancers.
Analytical:
You are comfortable with numbers. You understand how attribution windows work and how to analyze funnel drop-offs.

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
