Job Description

To drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth by planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels. The role focuses on maximizing ROI through targeted audience engagement, real-time performance monitoring, and continuous campaign improvement.

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting).
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ad content and visuals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Manage programmatic ads across display, video, and native platforms.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Programmatic, Google Analytics, GTM
