Role overview

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale user acquisition, bookings and clinic partnerships. You'll work with growth, product and creative teams to run paid acquisition, optimize funnels, and test creatives for high-intent audiences (people researching cosmetic procedures). This role is great for someone who wants hands-on experience in customer acquisition for a healthcare/beauty marketplace.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & Display, YouTube, and programmatic channels

targeting treatment-intent audiences. Drive CAC / ROAS improvements for campaigns focused on bookings and lead generation (clinic appointment requests). Build and maintain tracking (UTMs, conversion events, GA4 / Funnel tracking) and dashboards to report bookings, LTV, and cost metrics. Run audience research and segmentation -- intent keywords, lookalikes from converters, remarketing pools, clinic interests. Design and A/B test ad creatives and landing page variations (copy, CTAs, form flows) to improve conversion rate for high-intent services. Collaborate with Product on features like

AI face analysis

onboarding flows and promote them through campaigns. antidote.fit Support performance-oriented influencer / creator campaigns with tracking and measurement. Produce weekly performance reports and actionable insights for the growth team.
What we're looking for

Current student or recent grad studying Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field. Basic hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; GA4 and UTM tracking experience preferred. Comfortable with spreadsheets, simple SQL or data queries a plus. Strong analytical mindset -- you can turn numbers into clear next steps. Good written communication -- you'll help write ad copy and landing page microcopy. Interest in healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, or marketplaces is a bonus. Proactive, experiment-oriented, and comfortable iterating quickly.
