Performance Marketer (Fresher)
who is eager to learn and contribute to digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about paid marketing, analytics, and ROI-driven strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Track daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPC, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and budgets.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital & performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms (training will be provided).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and optimization techniques.
Creative thinking with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (optional but beneficial).
