Performance Marketing Intern

who is passionate about digital growth and eager to learn hands-on marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. Support A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions. Work closely with the marketing team to prepare campaign reports and insights. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, performance ads, and analytics. Good understanding of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
