Performance Marketing Intern (Fresher - Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team.

This role is perfect for a fresher who wants to build a strong foundation in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will support the team in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns that reach the right audience and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor daily ad performance and prepare simple performance reports.
Support in ad copy creation, audience setup, and keyword research.
Learn to analyze campaign data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and suggest improvements.
Help in ad account structuring, naming conventions, and data tracking.
Perform quality checks to ensure all ads are running correctly and tracking properly.
Required Skills

Strong attention to detail -- ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in campaign setup.
Analytical mindset -- comfortable with numbers and understanding campaign data.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (through coursework, internship, or self-learning).
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and calculations.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and strategies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinate with team members on creative and targeting strategies.
