Performance Marketing Intern

to join our team and drive impactful campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other social media platforms

. Strategize and run

lead generation and conversion campaigns

for clients from multiple business verticals (B2B & D2C). Analyze data, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Implement and monitor

pixel tracking

to ensure accurate measurement and performance analysis. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new ad formats. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative campaign strategies aligned with client goals. Apply basic SEO knowledge to enhance overall campaign performance. Drive consistent growth for both client brands and in-house projects.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience

in a performance marketing role (preferably in a digital agency environment). Strong expertise in running campaigns on

Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads

. Proficiency in

pixel tracking, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization

. Solid understanding of

B2B and D2C marketing funnels

. Basic SEO knowledge. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data. Passionate about delivering growth and performance-driven results. Ability to work full-time from our

Andheri West, Mumbai office

. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

?7,000 - ?10,000 per month (based on experience & expertise). Day shift schedule. Growth-focused environment with opportunities to work across diverse industries.
