Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Performance Marketing Intern
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, audience research, and performance analysis on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You'll work closely with experienced marketers, learn industry best practices, and get the chance to contribute to campaigns for leading brands. High performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL; prepare reports and insights
.
Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad copies and visuals that resonate with audiences.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Support multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, B.Tech, or a related field.
B.Tech students
are especially encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Strong knowledge of
Advanced Excel
, including functions, data analysis, and reporting.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for working with numbers, insights, and optimization strategies.
Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office for a duration of 6 months.
