What we're looking for:
Were looking for a sharp and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team in Bangalore. Youll work closely on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms to support our growth initiatives. If you love numbers, have a way with words, and are curious about what makes users click wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Help with ad copy, creatives, and optimization strategies
• Maintain campaign reports and provide actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing

• Strong analytical skills comfortable with numbers and interpreting data
• Good communication clear thinking and writing
• Interest or basic experience in digital advertising is a bonus
• Must be based in Bangalore and available to work from our Koramangala office
