Performance Marketing Head (Ads Manager)

to lead paid campaigns for multiple client brands and drive measurable ROI.

Role Overview



As the

Performance Marketing Head

, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

for Kajkarma's clients.
You'll work closely with the creative and analytics teams to design data-backed strategies that boost traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Define and track key campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS). Manage daily budgets and allocate spending efficiently across multiple clients. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies. Monitor conversion funnels and implement performance optimization strategies. Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad visuals and messaging. Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports. Identify audience segments and create remarketing & lookalike audiences. Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends, policies, and tools. Train and guide junior media buyers or interns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



3+ years of proven experience in paid marketing (agency or client-side). Strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proficient with

Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and tracking pixels.

Deep understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, and bidding strategies. Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to ROI and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
