We're looking for a sales-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands that great ads are built with a closer's mindset. This role is for someone hungry to drive results, convert opportunities, and grow revenue.

Role Overview

Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Build campaigns with a sales-first, conversion-focused approach Actively work on landing new clients through follow-ups, calls, and deal support Support inbound and outbound lead generation for Marketing Molecules Own campaigns end to end and take responsibility for performance Track and optimize key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) Communicate confidently with prospects and clients
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Strong sales instinct and comfort with closing conversations Excellent communication skills Self-driven, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Compensation

?25,000 fixed monthly pay 10% commission on total client subscription value, paid every month Average client value ranges between $800-$1,000, creating strong recurring earning potential
