Job Description

Purpose:

Take full ownership and execution of our digital marketing activities across paid media, social platforms, and content. We're looking for a self-driven marketing executor who can independently write compelling copy, launch and optimize paid campaigns, post on social media, and use AI tools to accelerate output and performance. This is not a management role--it's an execution-heavy, hands-on position.

We're Looking For Someone Who:



Has 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong grasp of copywriting for ads, landing pages, and social media. Can independently create, run, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more). Writes high-converting copy, understands direct response principles, and crafts persuasive hooks and CTAs. Is comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva, etc.) to produce content, automate tasks, and iterate faster. Can personally manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and respond to trends. Has strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and make optimization decisions. Has hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Brevo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Can handle end-to-end execution: from idea to published campaign. (Bonus) Has worked in the education or parent-focused market.

Key Responsibilities:



Independently create and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Write ad copy, social posts, landing page content, and email sequences. Build and execute a monthly social media calendar. Use AI tools to support copy creation, audience segmentation, and ad iterations. Continuously test and optimize ads, hooks, creatives, and targeting. Track performance metrics like CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and VTR; report with insights. Build and manage funnels and email automations. Operate as a one-person marketing engine (with optional future support).

Reporting:



You will report directly to the manager. You will not be managing a team initially but may collaborate with freelancers or other contractors if needed.
