We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. The role involves managing paid campaigns, analyzing data, and helping the company grow through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute & optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Monitor performance and prepare reports Research keywords and trends for better results Work closely with the marketing team to improve ROI Handle social media ad campaigns effectively

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing & paid ads Good communication skills Analytical mindset & willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility:

Only Female Candidates

Graduates / Pursuing Graduation Basic understanding of digital ads preferred

Salary:

?5,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
