Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
? Plan and execute paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
.
? Create and manage performance marketing funnels for
UG, PG, and Executive Education programs
.

Lead Generation & Optimization:
? Drive high-quality inquiries and applications through targeted digital marketing efforts.
? Optimize
CPL (Cost per Lead)
and
CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
while improving conversion rates.
? Design
A/B testing frameworks
for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
?
Analytics & Insights:
? Use
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards
to monitor campaign performance.
? Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
? Track ROI across campaigns and make real-time budget adjustments.
?
SEO, SEM & CRO:
? Collaborate with the content and web teams to improve
search rankings, page performance, and user journey
.
? Conduct
keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation
.

Collaboration & Branding:
? Work closely with design, admissions, and communications teams to align marketing goals with brand positioning.
? Coordinate with external agencies for creative and media buying support when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
? Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
(MBA preferred).
? 3-6 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing or growth marketing

education, edtech, or service-based industries

? Proficiency in tools such as:
