Shivalika Group is building multiple AI-first SaaS platforms focused on e-commerce, logistics, operations, and automation for global markets. Our primary customers are USA-based founders, operators, and enterprise teams. We are now scaling demand aggressively through paid performance channels.
Role Objective
We are hiring a SaaS Performance Marketing Specialist who has experience in international B2B paid acquisition, understands US buyer behavior, and can build predictable, scalable lead and revenue pipelines using paid media.
This role directly owns pipeline generation, cost per demo, revenue attribution, and LTV/CAC optimization.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Acquisition - Full Ownership
Plan, execute, and scale:
Google Search (high-intent SaaS keywords)
LinkedIn Ads (Founder, CXO, Ops, Product roles)
Meta for retargeting and top-funnel campaigns
YouTube for remarketing and brand authority
Manage USD-denominated budgets with strict CAC targets.
2. SaaS Funnel Optimization
Own and optimize the funnel from visitor to paid customer.
Improve:
Cost per lead
Cost per demo
Demo-to-paid conversion
Payback period
3. Landing Pages and CRO
Work with design and development teams to:
Create high-conversion SaaS landing pages
Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, headlines, pricing presentation, and trust elements
4. Analytics, Attribution, and Reporting
Own GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations.
Build dashboards for MRR attribution, channel-wise LTV, and funnel leak analysis.
Present weekly performance and revenue reports to founders.
5. Creative and Offer Strategy
Drive demo offers, free trials, and lead magnets.
Guide creatives based on US market psychology and competitor positioning.
6. Global Scaling
Scale acquisition across:
USA
Canada
UK
Australia
Launch new geographies with localized funnels.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years hands-on SaaS performance marketing experience
Proven experience selling to USA-based founders, operators, and enterprise buyers
Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting systems
Deep understanding of LTV, CAC, MRR, churn, and payback period
Advanced GA4 and GTM tracking skills
Additional Advantages
Experience in marketing AI tools, workflow automation, or e-commerce tech
Experience with webinars and demo funnels
