Performance Marketer

who can amplify our online presence and generate high-quality leads through Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

on

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

. Strategize and manage

lead generation campaigns

with a focus on

CPL (Cost per Lead)

and

ROI optimization

. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve ad targeting and performance. Develop and manage

retargeting strategies

to maximize conversions and reduce lead drop-offs. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS), and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with the creative team to

develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages

optimized for conversions. Set up proper

tracking and attribution

using tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and pixel integrations. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and

industry best practices

to ensure campaigns remain competitive. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

to present results and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in running and managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns (lead generation focus preferred). Proven track record of achieving

performance targets

in the aesthetics, healthcare, or similar service industry. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager

. Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
