Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize paid D2C marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and conversions.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
Key Requirements
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in
D2C brands
.
Proven track record in running campaigns on
Google Ads and Meta Ads
.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of
D2C marketing strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
.
Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Creative thinking with an ability to optimize ad campaigns effectively.
