We are looking to onboard a performance-driven digital marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

What You will do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-led campaigns aligned to CPA, ROAS, and conversion goal.

• Own media planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance forecasting.

• Build and scale high-intent audiences using behavioral, interest, and performance data.

• Manage Google Ads and social media platforms with a strong focus on efficiency and scale.

• Monitor campaigns daily and take proactive optimization actions.

• Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and insights.

• Deliver clear, outcome-focused reports highlighting impact, learnings, and next steps.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency.

• Work closely with SEO, analytics, and other teams to drive integrated performance strategies.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing managing large-scale budgets.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buying (Amazon DSP is an added advantage).

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
