We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience and strong technical understanding of IT services and a results-driven mindset. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable business outcomes.
This position is ideal for candidates who understand how digital performance marketing impacts revenue and have exposure to marketing IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and custom software solutions.Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
Drive lead generation for IT services including web development, mobile applications, SaaS, ERP, digital transformation, and custom software
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion events
Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend across platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnels, and attribution
Basic to intermediate technical understanding of IT services (web, mobile, SaaS, APIs, cloud basics, SDLC)
Experience generating and optimizing leads for B2B or IT services
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into campaign improvements
Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
Experience in B2B performance marketing or IT services marketing
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Experience working with international campaigns or clients
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
