About the Role

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

who can plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage & optimize campaigns on

Meta Ads & Google Ads

Lead generation campaigns for industries like

Real Estate, IT, Healthcare, Education

Audience targeting, retargeting & funnel strategy execution Budget planning and performance tracking (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA) Setup conversion tracking:

Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4

Daily monitoring of campaigns and scaling winning ads A/B testing of creatives, copies, landing pages and audiences Coordinate with design/content team for ad creatives Weekly & monthly reporting to management/client Handle multiple projects while meeting targets and deadlines

Requirements

1+ year experience in

Performance Marketing / Paid Ads

Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Good understanding of

lead generation & conversion optimization

Hands-on experience with

Pixel + GTM + GA4 tracking

Good communication & reporting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in

Real Estate Lead Generation

Basic knowledge of landing pages, CRM, and automation tools Knowledge of

SEO / SMM

is an advantage
