Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
paid campaigns
on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting
Track KPIs such as
CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and impressions
Conduct
A/B testing
on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining ROI
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Ensure proper tracking using
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 year of hands-on experience
in Performance / Paid Marketing
Working knowledge of
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Basic understanding of
funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Lead Generation, App Install, or E-commerce campaigns
Familiarity with
LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, or Affiliate Marketing
Basic knowledge of
SEO and landing page optimization
Google Ads Certification (a plus)
