: Performance Marketer Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated

Sr. Performance Marketer

with

1 to 3 years of experience

in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

, with a focus on

lead generation and eCommerce

campaigns. You will play a key role in driving conversions, optimizing performance, and supporting business growth across multiple digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

.

2. Implement effective keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to drive performance.

3. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

4. Monitor and improve

campaign KPIs

like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate across both platforms.

5. Utilize

Meta Pixel, CAPI

, and

Google Tag Manager

for accurate tracking and attribution.

6. Analyze performance data using

Google Analytics, Ads Manager

, and other reporting tools to generate actionable insights.

7. A/B test ads, audiences, and landing pages to continuously optimize funnel performance.

8. Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to internal teams or clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

-

1 to 3 years

of experience in

Meta Ads and Google Ads

campaign management.
- Proven success in handling

lead-gen and eCommerce

focused campaigns.
- Experience with tools like

Meta Business Suite

,

Google Ads Manager

,

Google Analytics

, and

Tag Manager

.
- Strong understanding of

performance metrics

and

funnel-based campaign strategies

.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Certification in Meta or Google platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
