About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Performance Marketing Specialist
with deep expertise in
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns focused on ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop performance marketing strategies across
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
aligned with business goals.
Create full-funnel campaign plans including awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
2. Campaign Execution
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on:
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing)
Write effective ad copy, select creatives, and coordinate with design teams.
3. Optimization & Performance Management
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Quality of leads and customer acquisition cost
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report campaign data with precision using:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Ads Manager insights
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Budget & ROI Management
Manage monthly budgets efficiently across multiple platforms.
Ensure maximum ROI with controlled spend and optimal allocation across campaigns.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Suggest landing page improvements to enhance conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing.
Proven expertise in running and optimizing
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
.
Strong understanding of
digital funnels, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
.
Proficiency in
GA4, GTM, Google Data Studio
, and other analytics tools.
Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals.
Experience working in high-growth environments (e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, real estate, etc.).
