Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).

- Continuously experiment with ad creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to drive efficiency.

- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to maximize- ROI and ROAS.

- Collaborate with the creative and website teams to ensure cohesive communication and landing page optimization.

- Manage full-funnel paid campaigns - covering awareness, retargeting, and conversion.

- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

- Knowledge of performance marketing optimization on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms would be a plus.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- An understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
