Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed reports

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective results

Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI

Analyze data to find trends and insights for better campaign outcomes

Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and tools

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools

Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills

Experience with remarketing, lead generation campaigns, and audience targeting

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Strong communication and reporting skills
